Full Trailer: The CW’s “The Winchesters”
One of the most anticipated genre shows coming out this far is the Supernatural prequel series The Winchesters, which is set to follow the adventures of John and Mary Winchester, the parents of the titular heroes from the progenitor program, Sam & Dean. And now, in the lead up to the series premiere, The CW has finally dropped the full length trailer.
The show is being dubbed a ‘supernatural love story’ and will detail how Vietnam vet John Winchester (Drake Rodger) and secret monster hunter Mary Campbell (Meg Donnelly) first met and started a relationship, as John investigates his father’s mysterious past. Notably, Jensen Ackles himself is not only an executive producer for the project, but has also been tapped to narrate the story.
The Winchesters premieres on Tuesday, October 11th on The CW.
