First Trailer: FX’s “The Bear” Season 2

The Bear is one of those shows that came a little out of left field. It is equal parts dramatic and comedic and is an extremely authentic look at family dysfunction that it is incredibly easy to find something to connect with. If you are interested in the background of the show, check out our review, though get ready for an effusive read, aswe here ar FilmIronic dubbed the first season the best show of 2022, so we have high hopes for the second season.

The first season finished with Carmy & Co. finding the the stacks of cash that the ill-fated Mikey (Jon Bernthal) left after his suicide. And upon this discovery, “The Original Beef” shuttered its doors as Carmy planned for something new and bigger. FX has promised that the show will be going both bigger and deeper, with the tagline “It’s not a reopening, it’s a rebirth.”

Whatever the case, if the sophmore effort is anything like season 1, then fans are in for a real treat. The Bear is set to debut on FX and Hulu this coming June.
