Final Trailer: HBO’s “House Of The Dragon”

HBO has released one last trailer for the Game of Thrones prequel series House of the Dragon, which is set to debut this coming weekend.

The show is based one R.R. Martin’s Fire & Blood prequel, which chronicles the Targaryen house as they came to Westeros and set about conquering the land, as the only dragonlords to survive the Doom of Valyria. Notably, the book was set 300 years before the events of Thrones and heavy focus will be on how the family rose so high before ultimately falling to ruin.

House of the Dragon stars Paddy Considine, Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Emma D’Arcy, Rhys Ifans, Steve Toussaint and Eve Best. The ten-episode season officially drops on HBO and HBO Max on August 21st and will continue on through October 23rd.
