Trailer: DC’s “Shazam: Fury Of The Gods”

While the majority of the DCEU hype might be surrounding Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s upcoming turn as Black Adam, Warner Bros. just released the trailer for the sequel film, Shazam: Fury of the Gods, to the delight of audiences at the San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend.

The story continues to follow teenager Billy Batson, who, upon calling out the name, ‘SHAZAM!,’ is transformed into an adult superhero with power that rival that of Superman himself. This film will see the Marvel family expand and face a brand new threat.

The cast includes Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, Helen Mirren, Lucy Liu, Rachel Zegler, Jack Dylan Grazer, Adam Brody, Faith Herman, Meagan Good, Grace Fulton, Michelle Borth, Ian Chen, Ross Butler, Jovan Armand, D.J. Cotrona, Marta Milans, and Cooper Andrews.

David F. Sandberg helmed DC’s Shazam: Fury of the Gods, which is set to open in theaters internationally beginning December 15th and in the U.S. from December 21st.
