Full Trailer: Sony and Marvel’s “Spider-Man: No Way Home”

Spider-Man in the sequel "No Way Home"

Following on from several teasers, Sony Pictures has finally released the full-length trailer for Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home during a major event launch that had Tom Holland on-hand for the debut.

The trailer goes into much deeper detail in regard to the story of the film and confirms that the villains Doc Ock, Green Goblin, and Electro, as played by Alfred Molina, Willem Dafoe, and Jamie Foxx, respectively, are the same iterations from the previous Sam Raimi-era and Amazing Spider-Man films, though the looks of the villains have been updated.

Furthermore,  the trailer provides the first glimpses of CG versions of Sandman and the Lizard, and perhaps even a shot of the Hobgoblin. Notably, this brings the total number of villains to six, so it could be very possible that a version of the Sinister Six will officially be featured. However, neither Tobey Maguire or Andrew Garfield popped up, nor did the much-rumored Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil.

Holland returns with a new Spider-Man suit that has Strange-style magic capabilities is on display, alongside castmates Zendaya, J. B. Smoove, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, and Marisa Tomei reprise from the earlier films. Spider-Man: No Way Home opens exclusively in cinemas on December 17th.
