Full Trailer: Hulu’s ‘Hellraiser” Remake

Clive Barker’s Hellraiser franchise is one of the most lauded within the horror genre, with many pointing to the 1987 slasher/thriller as a legitimate classic. Now, Hulu is looking to cash in on that good will with a remake of that particular film from director David Bruckner, which sees former Sense8 star Jamie Clayton takining on the iconic role of Pinhead.

The polt will follow Riley (Odessa A’zion), a young woman who is not only stuggling with her addiction issue, but also her compulsive behavior, which often leads her into trouble. She eventually comes into possession of the Lament Configuration puzzle box and unwittingly unleashes chaos into the world.

Notably, Hellraiser also features Goran Visnjic (The Boys) as an occult investigator who is intruiged by the box and wants it for himself. The film also stars Adam Faison, Drew Starkey, Brandon Flynn, Aoife Hinds, Jason Liles and Hiam Abbass. Hulu will drop the film on  October 7th.
